Stop in for Supper, friend

Nothing says Southern refined like Cowboy Stew, cornbread and a gin martini

I could not post pic.
But we got the steer meat back today
Jersey and wague cross 120 days on corn , wheat ,Rey free graze and crimson clover hay
1 weeks age and cut up.
We had grilled ribeye stakes tonight 1 3/4 in thick simple sea salt black pepper and a little red pepper flake
With new potatoes boiled the cut instead of mashed salt and butter.
And blackberry cobbler and home made icecream

Perfect.

Roasted Partridge with pear and thyme.

Swapped the honey for maple syrup.

Good result, even though it didn’t quite look like the one on the recipe page.

Blackened redfish, rice pilaf and an asparagus salad on the patio

It’s what’s for supper.

Had a shrimp and crab stuffed flounder tonight.
Leftover crab & shrimp made a good dip.

I fully believe that you could stuff a good Hatch Green Chili with cat litter and it would be delicious. That looks incredible!

Nothing wrong with a good tin of sardines, I think I would have to have them in olive oil or mustard sauce if I didn’t have a good hot sauce handy.

Probably eaten a truck bed full!

Agree with you, Sir. That's what happens when Wifey picks them up for you. Bless her heart. I'm glad I buy Texas Pete by the gallon.
