the normal day fee is $195/day but if you book a 7 day hunt you will only pay $175/day.

Tented African hunt 2011

What we offer with the traditional tented safari is the chance to come and hunt Africa the way it was a 100 years ago. Come and enjoy your stay in a tented fly camp with all that is needed to make your hunt an enjoyable Africa experience.

$195 pppd 1x1 (one hunter / one professional hunter)
$150 pppd 2x1 (two hunters / one professional hunter)

Included in the price:
• Services of a Professional Hunter, Trackers, Skinners, Cook & Camp Staff
• Johannesburg Airport Transfer
• Transportation during the hunt
• Accommodations
• Three meals per day as well as refreshments
• Beer, wine, cold drinks
• Trophy field preparation and transportation to local Taxidermist
• Hunting licenses and permits

• Firearm Import Permit (no charge for South Africa)

Well thats an interesting offer! I have hunted a true tent camp twice; Tanzania in 1985, and the Okavango delta in 1990 and I can promise you there is nothing quite like it. While I like the ammenities as well as the next guy, somehow a tent camp seems more like real Africa which of course it isnt. You're are in Africa regardless the type of camp but still...
