Victoria Falls. the town.
elephants walk down the street. They have the right of way, btw. They stand outside your lodge patio door.
Warthogs are as common as dogs in the parking lots.
Baboons running around everywhere.
Had a great time..... but... I had a memory card error in my camera and lost all my vic falls pics.
I had awesome photos of the river when we went tiger fishing. a ton of great waterfall pics.
lots of animals. lots of lodge pics. Sunset cruise pics. It makes me sick. Lana got some with her camera, though.
Saw the giant tree.
it got dark while there.
after we left the tree we got in the middle of a buffalo herd.
That's not a bad view from camp!!

Love the Nyala and the Bushbuck in particular, but all of the trophies were great. And the rest of the pictures, just wow.... they really tell the story, although I'm sorry you couldn't get close to a Kudu.... heck, the only picture I saw that I didn't like was the one that showed the satellite TV receiver!!!! LOL

and, Bob, believe it not Lana will be 51 years old in October. I am 6 months older than her, but quite a few more miles.....down a pothole-filled gravel road.
When she was 24, we were standing in line at the grocery and she was looking at a dress style magazine.
The high school girl at the register asked if she was looking for ideas for her prom dress.
We are very much in love. Not that "satisfied with each other kind of love", but that desperate, dating kind of love where you are never quite complete or satisfied if you're not together and nothing else in the world nor anyone else matters.
We're just a couple of kids really.\
an old man at my church met my daughter for the first time about 3 years ago. he looked at her and said "I can see Kellie got her good looks from you. Her Mom still has hers."
