My friend and I just returned from 10 days on safari with Frontier. We flew into Pt Elizabeth and then traveled to outside of Alicedale to their 75,000 acre high fenced farm. Accommodations, food and staff were great and attentive to your requests.
We hunted 1 on 1 with our PH’s from 4 wheel drives, the area is hilly, dry and rocky. Game is varied and plentiful, especially Elan, Kudu, Impala and Ostrich.
I designed a package of Sable, Kudu, Gemsbok and Nyla of which I filled in four days with challenging stalks. Of course I then resigned myself to “ add on “ Impala, Blesbuck and Springbuck, so much for a budget.
My partner did a 10 day 11 head “ wack em and stack em “ of which he filled in 8 days.
We shared camp with hunters from USA, Scandinavia and S Africa.
I would recommend this outfitter for a rewarding African Safari experience.

Congrats ! Who was your PH ? I hunted with them 2017 and am going back in 2019.

Thanks. What caliber rifle did you use.

Looks like you had a great hunt. Thanks for sharing. Some stalk details would be appreciated. Always good to read how it all happened. Congrats

Congrats! I like the shape of your kudu's horns!

Thanks. What caliber rifle did you use.

My first trip to Africa, gotta do it right 375 H&H. PH was critical of caliber, preferred 300Win or 7mm for range.
My shots were 50 to 150 yds, with the exception of Nyala at 300.
Practice paid off, but the caliber wasn’t necessary.

Love that Kudu, looks like you had a great hunt. How were the hunting days executed? How was the food and the various services of the operation? Did you have a smooth trip to and from the airport.

Great looking sable! Congrats!

Until this guy posts something on pay it forward free I would avoid him at all costs.

If it hasn't sold by next week I might be interested. Stock would have to be changed along with some other items. I'm already having a 416 Rigby built so money is a tad bit tight.

Hey pal! I'll take all the .375 bullets if they're available.
Thanks!
