Exceptional Buffalo hunted in the Limpopo province in South Africa.
This was also our new little hunting companions first hunt and she did very well. Her name is Patrys - The Afrikaans name for Patridge bird.

This cape buffalo checks all the boxes. Nice drop, curl and hard bosses. very nice looking bull.
We hunted this buffalo on a ranch but with 20 000 acres one wouldn't say as it was very challenging.

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
