Not as impressive as many of the ones before but a few months ago got into black power cartridge rifles with a pedersoli 45-120. This was a picture after shooting the furthest I’ve shot with it at 650 yards. And I got a hit on the third shot too which is not bad. My goal is to do 1000 yards in a reasonable number of shots taken.
Daaang, Quigley! With iron sights?

Nothing special, just a stainless No.1 in 458Lott (incase I see an elephant while it’s snowing)

I bought it second hand, it’s as new, the previous owner put a Limbsaver recoil pad on it. It’s a real pleasure to shoot.

Ruger #1 RSI, I bought this for new for around $800.00 in the late 90’s, because it had a small ding in the stock, 7x57, out for a stroll on my property opening day deer season this year.

Definitely a handy setup in the thick woods, have gotten several whitetails with it, still need to get some extended rings for it to bring the scope back a little, but it works good as is.

I tried to call in a fox this morning but didn’t see any.
But always good to be out in nature with a nice rifle.
Merkel K5 Extreme in 30-06. Super accurate. I think it weights around 5lbs bare if I’m not mistaken but with the scope on it it’s not too light.

Top is my Browning 1885 Highwall in 7mm Mag. My go to deer rifle for the last 25 years.

Bottom is a Sharps in 45/120 with a period correct Malcolm scope. Only taken 1 whitetail doe with it so far. Heavy beast to carry. I would love to take it for Bison or buffalo sometimew.
