Here's a short compilation video from our in-house videographer Henk Jacobs that has lots of bow shots. (Not all of them are perfect placement)...However, I think it clearly shows that most of the bigger plainsgame don't react much to the noise of the shot. Keep in mind that the shots sound loud inside the hide, but much of that is concealed within the hide by design. Enjoy the video!

I think the lack of reaction of the game in your video is likely more to do with your concessions and blinds not being over hunted. Another point may very well be, you have well constructed blinds that mask sound and scent well.
There were plenty of examples of zero reaction to the shot in that video.

I bet you remember that hide where you and Mr. Gus shot the big kudu bull? That hide still hasn't stopped shaking!

Great observation Brickburn! Very few of the animals I took out of blinds reacted like the animals in that video. I LOVE the idea of aiming at where I want to hit, not at where I think the animal will be when the arrow gets there! Super excited to try out the blinds (and the spot and stalk, or spot and scare the hell out of 'em, as the case may be) at Limcroma!
