September/October bay fishing trips out of Destin, Fl

Hey guys. I'm looking for a couple of half day charters out of Destin, early this fall. This will be a long weekend Bro road trip excursion. Nothing fancy. Holliday Inn Express kind of vibe. As far as our quarry, we target what tastes good and as many varieties as possible. Between two of us, we'd like to spend around $600 total or less per day. Please let me know what you think!

September and October are the best months to fish offshore out of Destin. Finatical Charters runs great offshore trips. But if you are dead set on bay fishing they can probably tell you who to go with. Give them a call to see what's up. A veteran owned operation. I have no affiliation at all. Agree with @RSL , fall is a wonderful time to fish the northern Gulf Coast. Not sure how Florida does their red snapper season so they may be off limits but the offshore stuff should be hot along with Spanish and king mackerel along the beaches.
Big redfish should be staging up around the passes to enter the bay along with speckled trout and flounder in the bay as well.
