Semi Custom Winchester Safari Express 458 Lott Package For Sale

I have not been around for a while since I retired July 1, 2025 and have been extremely busy. I am listing this for a friend and will pass along his information if requested. I bought this Winchester Model 70 Safari Express 458 Win Mag new and sent it off to Back Water Custom Rifles and had Britt Jones convert to 458 Lott. It has been shot less than 30 times and that was for load development and sight in. I intended to take for my DG rifle but ended up getting a 416 Ruger and traded this rifle to the individual I am listing this for and he built me a custom smokeless muzzle loader. This rifle feeds and ejects smoothly, just the way it should. This package deal also has RCBS dies, a modified case and Lee FCD. Also have enough brass and bullets to last a very long time.

The rifle includes a Bushnell 4500 Elite scope and quick disconnect rings.

Asking $3,000 plus shipping for rifle, dies brass and bullets.

Includes following bullets:
75 Peregrine Bushmaster 400 grains
45 Swift A Frames 400 grains
44 Woodleigh PPSN 400 grains
47 Speer Jacketed SP 400 grains
82 GS Custom 450 grains

Brass:
100 Norma new
160 Hornady new
35 Federal Nickel that were pulled (primed)

FWIW I believe that scope might be a Bushnell Elite 6500 1.25-8x32. That'd be a significantly higher priced one than a 4500, and on first look through I'm not seeing a 4500 with that magnification offered. GLWS for sure --- unfortunately for me I assume that payment in the form of a kidney isn't accepted

Folks, This is a great deal! With the scope, quick release mounts, reloading components and dies, and a modern CRF rifle already converted to .458 Lott for $3,000, what's not to like?

Here's a little trick, load the Lott with 450 grain bullets up 2350 to 2400 fps and there is little on earth that a well placed bullet won't drop in its tracks! Its like a 416 Rigby Super-Magnum!!!

Thank goodness and congratulations to buyer and seller. Yesterday was my birthday and I was planning to break my oath if this sale didn't go through.
