Thanks for the review on this one! I have been looking at this one a lot and I think I might snag it for an Elk and Mule hunt in Montana this year! I like the round and I think I can shoot it better than my current 338wm ruger. Thanks again

If talking the Lipsey’s runs of “Africans”, are you sure an ‘06 was made? .275 Rigby, 6.5x55, 9.3x62, .280AI, .35 Whelen and now .270W are all that I can think of. Might be another cartridge I don’t recall, plus I think they skipped a year or two during the Covid BS, but I’m pretty sure that’s it since this latest iteration was introduced.

‘06 was offered in the Express Rifles along with 270, 7RM, 300WM, 338WM and the white buffalo 25/06.
They may have done the ‘06 in the Ruger Flagship line of Africans.
