Hi everyone,

Here are our 2026 South Africa Rifle Hunting Packages.

Please note that the Early Bird packages are available in limited numbers and will no longer be offered after March.

I’ve also attached the lodge flyer.

Non-hunting companions are very welcome, and for couples the additional cost for an accompanying partner is very low with us.

If you’re short on time, we can also arrange excellent hunts over just 2 or 3 nights — we’ve had many requests in this format, with an almost perfect success rate.

If you have any questions about the hunts, species, or possible adjustments to these packages (more or fewer days, additional game), feel free to ask — happy to help.

Can you tell us more about your outfit?

Size of hunting area?
Plains game and DG species available (apart from those on offer)?

One more question, I went to your web page and seen the "Hunting rules" you posted.

This one caught my interest:

After 5 safaris in two countries, and in my experience I can say it was always the PH, who determined which animal I can shoot.
Could you please shed some light on this rule?

We hunt on several different territories depending on a number of factors: the species involved, management decisions regarding which animals can be harvested, the type of hunt (spot-and-stalk, blind, rifle, bow), and the time of year.

We operate on three contiguous properties of approximately 700 ha, 1,000 ha, and 2,000 ha, plus an additional territory of about 4,500 ha located a bit farther away.

As an example, we have Sable on both the 700 ha property and the 4,500 ha property, but at the moment we do not hunt Sable on the 700 ha area for management reasons. That said, bow hunters often prefer the 700 ha property, as it has an exceptional and very varied topography that works extremely well for bowhunting.

One of the main advantages of having multiple hunting areas is that we can accommodate several hunters at the same time without them interfering with each other, ensuring a better and more relaxed hunting experience for everyone.

Species available on our main territories:
Baboon
Birds (archery only)
Blue wildebeest
Bushbuck
Bushpig
Duiker
Gemsbok / Oryx
Giraffe
Impala
Klipspringer
Kudu
Nyala
Sable
Sharpe’s grysbok
Spotted hyena
Steenbuck
Warthog
Waterbuck
Zebra
Kruger-type buffalo

Species available on our partner properties (short drive required):
Black impala
Black wildebeest
Blesbok
Eland
Lechwe
Mountain reedbuck (Rooiribbok)
Red hartebeest (Rooihartebees)
Rietbok
Roan
Springbok

We have also organized hunts for crocodile, elephant, and hippo, but these are strictly management hunts and are not available at all times. We also have a very large leopard available this year as a management hunt.

Regarding the hunting rule you mentioned, it applies to situations where the hunter is not directly next to the PH (for example, when hunting from a blind or during a controlled stalk where the hunter operates semi-independently, which happens quite often in bowhunting). For your information, we have never had any controversy regarding this rule.

I am also attaching to this reply our price list for animals at standard rates, before any discounts linked to a package.

Be careful of hunting Chewore South, the area has been decimated.....

Curious about this. I hunted Chewore South with D&Y in September and they did tell me it was there last hunt there.

Which outfits shot it out?
Impala cull hunt for camp meat!
