I saw this on Twitter today. I think that they must want some recipes. Can anyone help them out?

thin slice the back strap, salt and pepper to taste, dredge in flour, then lightly saute in butter or bacon grease. bon apetit

Marinate backstraps in Italian salad dressing over night, then bread and chicken fry. Serve with biscuits and gravy and any other sides you want.
