Moretla Safaris has secured an exclusive bow hunting concession on a 30 000 acre Big 5 reserve that has never been hunted before. The reserve boasts some magnificent animals and record size trophies are a realistic expectation. In addition to our plains game quota, we have been given a limited number of tags on rare/exotic species that might interest some bow hunters.

Please take note that the concession is a 1 ½ hours’ drive from our camp.

Our daily rate for bow hunters is US$ 300/day and the amount of hunting days will depend on the animals on your wish list.

Should you wish to stay at the concessions, accommodation can be upgraded to a five-star lodge at an additional $200US per person per day.Plains package 2 (3 days)

A few more details might help sell some hunts. I see your main lodge is in the Limpopo. Is this where your new area is also. Obviously they are pretty proud of their facilities given the extra to stay there. Tell us about the bow blinds. How many and what type. You mention some book type of animals there. A few details on size expectations would be helpful. Additional trail cam pics could easily seal the deal. 30,000 acres is a good sized property. A price list would also be a good thing to post. Thanks

    Hi Bruce,

Yes the area is in Limpopo and is 1 and 1/2 hours drive from OR Tambo in Johannesburg. They have 4 permanent bow hodes and 2 seasonal hides.
I have seen some kudu that would be in excess of 60” and nyala of around 30”.
I have attached some more pictures to the post
