Those that have flown the Delta to Johannesburg flights. Have any of you checked 4 bags? And if so what are extra charges? I have rifle case, bow case, and 2 other checked bags. Those have my things and stuff for PH and crew. Even if I crammed all of it in 1 bag its over 70lbs. Thats why trying to breakup into 2 bags.
Thanks for any advise.

If you are flying Business class you can check three bags. Otherwise your looking at $50 a bag I think each way. You get to take a roller board and a back pack so try to get what you can in those so you don’t hit that 70# mark and perhaps end up with one less checked bag.

I agree with CAustin—carry on and backpack and limit the fees!!!

I would be interested in it if you pass. Please send me the info on the gun shop if you do not buy it. I have the needed ammo and brass.
Thanks,
Ross
