QD mount leupold VX-5HD 1-5 on win 416 rem mag

Hello all! Was sighting in my new to me win 416 rem and during the session my Warne QD mount levers loosened up quite a bit. This is obviously disconcerting, and I was hoping the collective wisdom on this forum could give me some advice about replacements. Followed instructions for use when I mounted the scope. Now I don’t trust it. Thx for the help

This is the setup I have on my 416. Never had an issue with it. Hope this helps

Yep that was my Warne set up. IFU says finger tight on the levers, but mine kept loosening under recoil w an extended 20 shot range session. It was with a lead sled, maybe that had something to do with it
