Explain this "view of the world" that I have.

I'd love to hear your theory.

The view of the eternal victim fighting for the just cause of fighting the military industrial complex, alt right, patriarchy, fascist regime, boogy man that elder liberals live in constant fear of.

At your age you are terrified of dying under the authority of Donald Trump, it’s ok buddy you can sleep safe that the boogy man with orange hair isn’t under your bed.

The left leaning friends of mine (normal old school Democrats) are intelligent and I often ask them over a few drinks how they can be that intelligent and believe in leftist policies.

I’ve come to realize they tend to live in a fantasy world and believe in building a utopia on earth. That if only we gave them 75% of our wealth they can make better decisions and spend it for the good of all. Everyone should be equal in finance.

They believe that even though those policies have never worked in the history of Man. They can get it right this time.

There is a possibility of no wars, no poverty, no suffering, if only we would submit to their master plan.

As if conservatives do not wish all those things could be possible.

It’s just that conservatives live in the real world and know that humans have never been able to achieve those lofty aspirations. And never will.

So conservatives often are forced to be the adult and then seem to be cold hearted because the left forces the right to do the dirty work.

Killing evil

Financial responsibility

Personal responsibility.

Send millions of illegals back home after the left floods the border.

Etc, Etc.

There's an area just north of Tombstone, Arizona, where I cut my teeth Mule deer hunting as a young man going back to the late 1970's.
It used to be a good area for desert mule deer bucks, but there are a whole bunch of parceled off mini ranches in there now, and kind of spoiled things along with the leased grazing.

He never said he would tear down half of the White House to build himself a golden ballroom.

He never said that he would declare people who disagreed with him terrorists and America-haters.

He never said he would blow up a bunch of boats that might have been drug smugglers.

He never said that he would help Netanyahu mass murder Palestinians.

He never said he would tell his Justice Dept. to give him $230 million dollars.

He never said he would accept a $400 million dollar plane from Qatar that will cost a billion dollars to be fixed up to his standards.

Oh, he's been a busy, busy little president.

And inflation is worse.

So by figuratively saying he's solved it he is really saying he made it into a "shit show and it's only getting worse?"

Actually, you really don't.

What I live in constant fear of is not any of that.........my constant fear is that one or the other of the two idiot political parties will gain total control and go nuts.

Which it seems.........is happening now.

The only thing that can save us is divided government because divided governments just fight with the other side and get nothing done.

And nothing done is exactly what we need from government.

These prices right now are outstanding. I sold out my cow/calf pairs, replacement heifers and bulls in April. Beef producers deserve to finally reap the benefits of these prices and finally replace old and wore out equipment. I just don’t like when someone in government says to an entire group that they don’t understand the business they’re in. That was very poor form on his part.

He also apparently doesn’t understand economics. High price signals increased investment and thus supply. Artificially depressing the price with increased Argentine imports takes the market signal away.

Trump is anything but a free market guy. His first response always seems to be engineered solutions from DC.

Inflation has been getting worse since Trump took office and is still steadily getting worse.........which leads us all to believe you mean he has "figuratively" fixed inflation.

Or he thinks inflation going up is a GOOD thing.

I know enough about cattle as I don’t want to own them. My neighbor runs his cattle on my property and I get the Ag exemption. Running a cow calf operation is a full time PITA.

All the others are rope and drag just like they did 150 years ago. The very largest outfit will probably brand 400 + in a day. A lot of states don't require brands anymore but Montana is a brand required state.
I enjoy it and was going to buy in a couple of years ago with some pairs run on shares by a good friend. He told me to wait a bit as the prices were a little high then.....hahaha...I'm still waiting.

All the others are rope and drag just like they did 150 years ago. The very largest outfit will probably brand 400 + in a day. I have a close friend with a great spread in ND. Hot brand everything. I cherish the lessons I learned from Tony. We don’t brand where I came from. But, where I’m going to, I’m applying for a brand. Even on my dopey dairy cows. It just makes sense.

Both Trump and Biden turned to a more fear based approach.
