Including The US Postal Service (perhaps especially including The US Postal Service) everything and all things that any government (ours and elsewhere) touches with their filthy hands, is pretty much guaranteed to fail any person trying to use anything that ours or any government, falsely refers to as a “service”.

And sorry to report that ups is not one dime better-

I was successful getting a $200 clim from UPS about 8 yrs ago, although the local Pack and Wrap store I used as a mediatry for the package did help some.
