Practically brand new Parkwest 375 H&H with 24” Kreiger barrel and McMillan green with tan web stock. Comes as it came from the factory with the hard case. 45 rounds fired. Does not include Talley rings

This is an exceptional deal on a great rifle, especially compared to current prices.

I am going to pass, with great regret. I have too many 375's already.

From what I can tell the only difference is the 76 is a flat bottom receiver like a M70 where as the 97 is round bottom like a R700 however both use the same CRF system, trigger, and 3 pos safety. I could be missing something but that’s what I’ve gathered

Yes the 76 is more expensive and requires larger stock and machine time. function wise I don't believe you could argue any difference.

Selling because I never shoot it and since I’m starting gunsmithing school next month I likely will

Here is some more pictures. Gun shoots extremely well. under 1 moa at 100yds with 300gr tsx. Have not shot it past 100 as all I did was work up a load and it’s been a safe queen since then.

Swaro not included but I guess could be for the right price.

The 97s are basically Remington 700s in principle with their far more efficient manufacturing techniques. Dakota/Parkwest astutely made it a CRF rather than a push feed, making it a vastly superior option at the pricepoint than mass produced competitors.

The action type is the key difference, not the synthetic versus wood stock. You can buy a Model 76 PH model which would be a fancy Dakota 76 Safari model in every way except two: matte finish which I like a lot, and a synthetic stock. (truly a top of the line weapon to be beat to hell)

What makes the advertised rifle somewhat unique is that usually the model 97s were in smaller calibers and had an internal magazine without a hinged floor plate to save money. This one in 375HH has the hinged drop-box floorplate.
