Piece of Attabad lake, in 6 months the tunnels and roads will be finished so everyone thats hunts Shimshal and other areas up here or want to go to China don't need to take the boat.




I was lucky I did not touch any because in Berlin I got taken to the side and everything was "wiped" by the police and put in their machine.

Can you share some details of the trip? Logistics, how you hunted, food, fear of being kidnapped and killed by terrorists. You know, the normal stuff.

LOL its a very good country to hunt in, never felt in any danger.
Met only friendly people and had zero problems. Its alot of people in Pakistan with very few bad people that are making the headlines in the newspaper.

Its a 3-5 day trip to the hunting area, with car and boat. I spent 3 weeks in country and can't wait to get back.

That would be a dream hunt for sure. With my luck I'd be that guy that some how ends up kidnapped by terrorists. If the region ever stabilizes I'd go in an instant.

Absolutely amazing photos!!! Please tell me you're a professional photographer, if not I may as well sell my camera - I never get shots like those. What kind of camera gear were you using? I showed my wife those photos and she was in awe at both the photos and the subjects. Looks like the trip of a hundred lifetimes. One a side note, does Kaiser Kahn have a secret to growing that beard? I'm jealous of the beard and the photos, but thanks for sharing!
