Hello,

Packing for first trip.

Wondering if it is a good idea to pack clothes in the gun/bow case?

Thank you

Nothing wrong with putting it in the bow case. It's less likely to be opened.
The rifles will be verified at some point.
You don't want SAPS in your underwear? :)

my bow case is my suitcase every time i travel, l take my range finder and binos ,camera, gps and accessories in my walk on bag which is my hunting pack .
can any one tell me if i will get away with put ammo in my wifes suut case , it will be declared properly and tagged in a locked case . its what i done to go to canada last year ,will it work in south africa?

Do it all the time bring my case up to 47.5 to 48.5 pounds

I am going to fill my bow case totally full this year.

It's a good idea to pack clothing in your bow case. My wife and I always put 1 set of our hunting clothes in the bow case and 1 or 2 in our main bag. Just in case they lose one or the other, you are not without some clothes to wear.

I would be interested in it if you pass. Please send me the info on the gun shop if you do not buy it. I have the needed ammo and brass.
Thanks,
Ross
