They are a special animal to hunt, never mind the rarity of the permit.

True to both.

The run, run, hop is one of my favorite to see.

This should sell quickly.

Cool Marius, sure someone will take you up on this opportunity!

Oribi are pretty cool little critters and though I killed mine with another outfitter, I have also hunted with Marius and recommend him highly for this adventure.

These can be a challenge - the terrain tends to be be very open, and the shots long. Oh, and the target isn't that big either!

It will sell quickly! Great opportunity for someone out there!

Great deal for a hard to get permit I can’t believe this has not sold yet. Someone will be a lucky person to pick this up. I would advise whoever get it to ask marius that you want a hunt a Vaal with it as I know how much he likes to hunt them. I think I remember him says he would like to take one with a bow lol.

Jerome must have some kind of filter on here. Can't seem to type the words I really want to say....

No need to thank me LOL I know some words just can’t desribe how much you like to hunt them

Damn, if they almost look like a Vallie..

I took my Oribi last year with Martin, PH for Marius. The grounds we hunted were wide open and flat, a challenging hunt.
Start your Tiny 10 Slam with Marius this August for he is running his special again this year and you will save a wad of greens.

Never seen one of these little guys in the wild. Are they usually hold up in thick brush?

Chopped up the whole thing as I kept hitting the 240 character limit...
Found out the trigger word in the end... It was muzzle or velocity. dropped them and it posted.:)

2,822fps, ES 8.2
This compares favorably to 7 Rem Mag. with less powder & recoil.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR MY RIFLE, ALWAYS APPROACH A NEW LOAD CAUTIOUSLY!!*
Rifle is a Pierce long action, 32" 1:8.5 twist Swan{Au} barrel
{You will want a 1:8.5 to run the heavies but can get away with a 1:9}
Peterson .280AI brass, CCI 200 primers, 56.5gr of 4831SC, 184gr Berger Hybrid.

I know that this thread is more than a year old but as a new member I thought I would pass along my .280AI loading.
I am shooting F Open long range rather than hunting but here is what is working for me and I have managed a 198.14 at 800 meters.
That is for 20 shots. The 14 are X's which is a 5" circle.
