This is the first rifle from my “I’m going to regret selling this” collection.

It’s a NIB CZ550 in 416 Rigby, never been fired, not a blemish on it. Most of you know that these rifles are out of production, and are becoming more sought after every year for their full sized magnum action, and proven dependability in the field.

The rifle has a decently figured Turkish walnut stock, with a straight American style comb, set trigger, integral scope bases, and express sights.

I am located in Canada, but I can walk you through the painless export process, and will cover shipping to the exporter. The process will cost you roughly $200 plus shipping to your FFL.

Asking $4000 US, if you have a respectful offer, I’m all ears to listen.

Thanks for looking

Aaron

You can beat him to it

There’s still enough time to get it dialled in for the start of the DG season

There’s not an animal alive that’s a match for the Rigby.

Import/export is smooth and painless, I’ve done it numerous times

You'll regret selling that gun! I almost sold one, that is pretty identical, but (thank God) my father convinced me to keep it.
I know, but kids need braces and the pool needs a heater!

I got some wire snares I can send you...pair of pliers and you sorted for the braces....as for the heated pool...a thermal gstring should sort you out.... :E Big Grin: ....so sorted...can keep the 416 :A Thumbs Up:

@LimbNoMo was kind enough to message me that there looks like rusting in the follower, I gave it a quick wipe with a rag and it is just oil spotting

I mean, I do have three more CZ-550's - a .458 Lott, .505 Gibbs, and a .404 Jeffery in the making. Plus I have three more .416's - I know, I know, I am a sick son of a bitch
I also have a Gibbs that I’m on the fence listing here. And if I really go crazy, @neckdeep ‘s old AHR 375

I bet that you can get top dollar (CDN/USD) for the 505 Gibbs.
It just hurts to see you let go of a 416 Rigby, CZ 550 with nice wood.

That was my first big bore (sic) I purchased in 2003.
The action needed some smoothing with a stone, but it was damn accurate with any of my reloads.
After smoothing, it fed cartridges and empty brass perfectly.

Good Luck With the Sale!

Saw your post. Nice. Denver too. Genesee area (just off 70) if ever up this way. Alternatively, do you have a membership at GGC? Whatever, you'll have a wonderful time in Africa. Enjoy.
