New to African artifacts. Who might assist in identifying? Thank you

There are some reference books on the subject that can be helpful. Anyone interested in such history should start accumulating reference books. Some references are very narrow in scope and some more general. Many sources differentiate between Northern and Southern Africa because the Muslim arms and armor of Northern African are usually related to and studied in conjunction with those in the rest of the Muslim world.

Arms and armor of Africa are extremely varied because of the diverse cultures and large geographic area.

A good starter resource that covers worldwide arms and armor is the older standard work by George Stone. It will have examples of much of what you are likely asking about. It should be in every library on the subject.

A common reference book by Spring shows up in reference searches but I do not have a copy so no idea of quality or usefulness. Some specialized and detailed museum produced references can be fairly rare and very expensive.
