Hi folks,

I have a super nova slug barrel (smooth bore) with iron sights.

The rear sight looks like this:

And I can't use it worth a darn. Does anyone make a replacement (Bigger V or something with fibre optic)?

@SAFARIKIDD any ideas?

Best wishes and help appreciated.

Idea! Hastings shotgun barrels still has a site up with shotgun sights and parts listed for the barrels they have imported from Verney-Carron. Try www.hastingsdistribution .com. They show an adjustable rear sight kit that might be made to work for you with a little gunsmithing. That same rear sight works quite well on their Paradox barrel on my Remington 870. Will watch to see what you come up with.

@small bore it's an interesting idea. But what's really like is a direct replacement if possible.

Midwest Gunworks has a lot of options for this type of stuff. Check out what they have on their website and give them a call on Monday when they are open for tech support. Very helpful and knowledgable people. I've bought several items from them for my SBE2 and 3.

I would be interested in it if you pass. Please send me the info on the gun shop if you do not buy it. I have the needed ammo and brass.
Thanks,
Ross
