Meat Bull Cape Buffalo Hunt

While at the SCI show I ran into an outfitter in Namibia that hunted buffalo in the Caprivi. His trophy hunts ran $23000 but he does bull meat hunts for $8000. I assume this is an old worn down bull or a young one. Just never ran into this before. Maybe Namibia have to many up in the Caprivi and need some young ones taken. Can hunt this year so did'nt question him much. You ever notice when you can't go the deals are everywhere.

Yep! It always gets me at the end of the season when Outfitters really need to sell hunts that they have spoken for. Just when I can't go!

Wow, that's a great price for Caprivi. Do you remember how many days? Was the animal exportable? That could be on my list for 2018 along with Victoria Falls.

Sorry for late repy. It was with Daggaboy Hunting Safaris. I hunted mountain zebra on his place near Windhoek. Don't know how many days or if it was just a show special.
