Mack Bros Evo II Barreled Action- 6.5 Creed

Barreled action with Mack Bros Evo II Short Action, STD .308 Bolt Face. 20 MOA scope rail. Action is excellent with only normal finish wear present, but not excessive at all. Butter Smooth!!

Steel barrel was originally on a West Texas Ordinance build, but rethreaded and re-chambered to this MB action. Chambered in 6.5 Creed with 1:8 twist. I am not exactly sure on brand or contour, likely Rem Varmint, or very similar Being it was originally installed by WTO, I’m sure it’s of a quality brand, just not positive which, but most likely a Benchmark barrel. 23.5” long. 5/8-24 threaded muzzle with thread protector. 550 total rounds down the tube and still accurate and a lot of life left.

Here’s a rough drawing of the specs that I drew for this barrel with general dimensions.

You will notice the date in the pic. I initially planned to sell the barrel and rebarrel the action with a lighter contour about a year ago, but I did not sell it, and never rebarrelled the action. Sat in the safe too long and now I’m just selling together as a barreled action.

Also, pics of the last two 5-shot groups I shot from this rifle before listing the barrel last year. The rifle definitely shoots better than I did that day as well.
