Looking for 9.3x62

Starting a 35 Whelen and a 9.3x62 build. Smith that I work with said he thought he could fit me one of them in by mid November. He let me know today that it doesn’t look like barrels will be here in time. So I’m looking to see what is out there, maybe I can buy one, never hurt anyone to have to many guns. Right???

I found a barrel so back to my build. I was going to use a old Rem. 700 as a donor action. But after looking at my rifles I am having a hard time chopping one up.

What would be the best 700 copy cat action for the money to build my 9.3 on?
