It's a Bernhard Merkel 8x57jr double with ejectors and side clips. A bolted safety and very nice engraving only 7.5lb.I can't wait to take it out for whitetails this fall.

@wvfred, a good looking double rifle. Could you perhaps share a picture of the name? I have not heard of many Merkel’s with something else than “Gebrüder” in front of it. It looks very finely made.
