Last Minute Cancellation Hunt - Deposit Already Paid

Dear AH Members,

I’ve just gotten off the phone with a good friend from Canada who was scheduled to hunt with me from 4–15 June. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, he is no longer able to make the trip this year. He has kindly offered his deposit to anyone who may be interested in taking his place.

I understand this is very short notice, but this is the only available window for this hunt. I currently have two options available:

Option 1: Double Buffalo Hunt – Zimbabwe (10 days)
Price: $21,000
This hunt can be taken by:

1 hunter pursuing two Cape buffalo, or
2 hunters on a 2:1 basis, each taking one Cape buffalo (cost split evenly)

Standard inclusions and exclusions apply.

Option 2: 10-Day South African Safari
For 2 hunters – all daily rates are waived.
Hunters will only pay according to the trophy price list.

You haven't been following the kudu price thread ?? For the Limpopo area, and given there is no additional upcharge for larger kudu, I'd say $3,500 is toward the bottom of the current area price structure.

Correct sir. Here is no size limit to Kudu and these areas produces phenomenal Kudu season after season

My Kudu was $500 more than that, and that was 2 years ago.

Ah, right. I hunt the southern kudu and they are different critter than the Limpopo. I have three skulls on the wall now and the prettiest (not the longest) is only 45". I don't have a house big enough for anything +50".

They are hunting the SOUTHERN kudu in Limpopo and on this offered hunt.
