I have a nice 55" Kudu I collected in RSA/Limpopo in 2015. Even as a skull mount it doesn't fit in my house so well so it hangs outside on the back porch( we enjoy it there) protected from rain/direct sun but not the humidity of coastal South Carolina ...I can tell two years are starting to have it's effect ... question... what wax, oil or type of conditioner/care can apply to tines and skull to protect?

Thanks

BCD. A light coat of WD-40. I have not personally used it but a buddy (taxidermist) has. I was pretty amazed of how it worked. Hope it helps.

I have heard of the WD40 use before but haven't done it myself. Given that it's outside I don't see why you couldn't give it a coat do polyurethane

Yes for sure after the oil I would hit it with polyurethane. That I have used. Works great.
