The Coup de Grace was very impressive.

Nice Marius, as usual all great trophies.

Wow that hunter did well! Congrats

You certainly have a knack for taking quality photos. I really take notice of quality, natural photo set-ups, and lots of guys fall short. I don’t always get it right myself. But you guys have nailed it.

Thank you sir.

Marius, nice way to start off the 2018 photo thread. Looking forward to seeing more great animals and happy hunters!

A little Impala for the Eastern Cape! :ROFLMAO:

Congratulations to a fortunate hunter.

Marius @KMG Hunting Safaris, shoot me a PM on a Vitoria Falls/Bushbuck/Baboon adventure for 2019. Needs to be in prime whale watching season.

Thanks
Robert

Robert,
Will do so before the end of today. Just on my way out for a Kudu.

The Coup de Grace wound up impressive but leading up to it was not so impressive. Thanks again Marius for this hunt of a lifetime brother. Maybe another couple trips around the sun and I’ll be back.

This Kudu was wounded the day before. We tracked it for 9 miles until just before dark, and marked the last spot as we crossed a road.

We picked up the tracks early the next morning and the dogs worked well in tandum, picking up the scent where the other lost it.

Upon retrieval of the Kudu, we found that the bull was killed during the night by a Leopard. Bite marks on the nose and kick marks on the Kudu's chest from the rear claws were clearly visible. The cat also dragged the Kudu 20ft to an area under a canopy where it felt safe. This was evident by the hair stuck on the rocks, and disturbed plantation.
Photos clearly show the piece that was eaten by the cat.

Great to hear the dogs are working well together! They are not just another pretty face, eh?

Wow...excellent tracking job! And maybe even thanks to the leopard for ending it sooner! The countdown is on for me now!

Have interest in the Chapuis. Would like to see more assembled pics if possible, i know its a beautiful firearm!
Also, could you use other ammo such as Barnes etc...
