I don't usually have this many of my guns in the same house at the same time, nor do I have this many out of the safe at the same time. I thought it was a nice photo opportunity. Enjoy

Dammit man. Make a grown man jealous, why don’t you? That second Rigby is pretty.
Why thank you. I invite others to make similar posts on this thread. I never get that many of my guns out at the same time, but it was really quite fun

Very nice collection of mid to heavy weights.

I can sense myself flinching when I think about the 505!

I bet that 416 Ruger is nice to carry all day.

Enjoy

The first time I took that gun to the range, my dad worked up some 600 grain loads that ran 2300 - that was pretty terrible.

Ha. I can’t even imagine.

I don't have a comprehensive photo as nice as @Beck's but in the spirit of the post, I'll share the one below since it was readily available. As a right-hander who shoots left most of the time, I'm a big fan of ambidextrous falling blocks. So here is a photo of one of my safes with a Winchester 1885 Traditional Hunter in 405 Win, a Winchester 1885 Safari Octagon in 375 H&H with a Zeiss Diatal 6x42 MC, Uberti Courteney Stalking Rifle in 303 British, Ruger No. 1A in 6.5x55 with a Minox ZA5 1.5-8x32, Ruger No. 1A in 303 British with a Meopta R2 1-6x24 RD & a Ruger No. 1S in 9.3x74r with a Minox ZX5 1-5x24. There's a Walther PPQ, an H&R 999 & a hand-forged knife by Lin Rhea hanging on the door.

It's nice to be able to open a safe & grab a falling block, or another falling block, or another falling block...

Any of these are a good choice for a lot of the hunting I do.

I love it! I love your lott, I've heard those Nikon's are incredibly durable. I also have a .458 lott, but my father has stolen it from me...along with a .416 rigby, and a .416 ruger. I suppose I can't complain too much I stole his .375 H&H magnum.

Thanks, the 458 Lott’s my favorite, hands down! I’d like to add either a 500 Jeffery or 505 Gibbs and a 338 Win Mag, then I’ll really be set!

The .500's are hard to find these days. I considered building one before I gave up and bought the .505.

4 - .375's
1- .416
2- 458's
1 - .470

Too much info is never a good thing.

Two 30-06 and one 404 Jeffery. You've all seen them enough times. I don't go in for a lot of extra tools. Just enough to do the job.

That would be too much of a good thing through what looks like a CZ550 . The 600 grain pills are very good at 2150fps +/- and not too bad to shoot .

You made the right call with the 505G . I was offered a brand new High end European 500J by a renowned gun writer. It jammed on the first shot . He then had a go - it jammed and then it jammed again . I think the old 505G is pretty hard to go past if you want a stopping rifle .
