If you want the 416 rigby and it ticks all the right boxes, then I wholeheartedly recommend you build it, there are a few little things that need to be done to ensure a long life of the firearm, but any decent smith will do them, a barrel recoil lug bedded into the stock is one, obviously cross bolts etc.
I look forward to seeing the finished rifle.
