Congrats Marius, that is a nice one !
When I hunted in Limpopo with Marius we had one run out not 20 feet from us in broad daylight. Nice trophy my brother. Congrats
What a magnificent critter of the night! Congratulations on a fine trophy and thanks for sharing an exciting hunt!
Congrats Marius, a wonderful trophy! I would love to hunt one some day.
Congrats Marius...Happy for you!!!
Mooi gedoen Marius, spesiale dier en trofee.
Heinrich se konsessie?
So Marius what is next on your list?
Thank you very much, John.
Thank you very much.
Thank you Bob. They are a blast. Probably my favourite animal to hunt.
Thanks Frederik. Next on the list is a Dik Dik with my bow.
Dik Dik with a bow thats sounds interesting I suppose in the right areas in Namibia it can be easier than others.
Thats one of the species I have never hunted or been on a hunt with and never seen except quickly driving past Etosha.
Good luck with that one and enjoy.
Thanks Frederik. Will post a report soon.
I really enjoyed your story, Marius! What a beautiful Hyena! Congrats, My Friend! Michael and I look forward to seeing you in Dallas!
Thank you very much Gina.
Looking forward to seeing you guys. Not long to go for your big trip!
Marius you didn’t say there would be pictures of big spotted cats! Nice!
Congrats on the trophy you have wanted! Will you have a full mount done?
Congrats mate. A beautiful trophy. Glad he didn't keep you waiting all night
Could have almost used a 9.3 at that range.
Thanks Charlie! I would say we hear Leopard probably 7 times out of 10 from the blind. This is not the first time we've had one visit the bait while waiting for a Spotted Hyena either. If they leave abruptly, it is usually a good sign that Spotted Hyenas are close, and almost every time, a Spotted Hyena appears within 10 minutes.
Yes, sir! Still trying to decide on the pose though.
Cheers Tim! With the amount of them there, it was never going to be long.
Yeah, with about a foot hold over, sure
