Your hunting areas look spectacular. Out of curiosity, how is a Leopard hunt on your website priced at $45k USD? Is that a typo?

Not a typo unfortunately, sir.
Remember that that is an all inclusive price, also pre baits and baits during the hunt. (We have a very small quota of plains game so have worked out how many donkeys and or cows the average hunt takes.)
Many hunters go on 3 "cheaper" leopard hunts, and have nothing to show for it. Those 3 cheaper hunts would be much more expensive than going on one proper leopard hunt, and have a very very good chance at a good tom IN DAYLIGHT.
Areas like this and PH's that know how to hunt leopard are unfortunatly not cheap.
