Great sable. I think this is an excellent deal.

Nice Deal! If we didn't have 2018 booked already we would be on board.

Nice offer Mike!

Nice offer Mike. Realistically how many of those trophies listed can one hope to harvest?

Forgot to add real nice touch on letting a child/grandchild take a free puku! That's a great added bonus!

hi in 7 days you have a good chance of taking all. the blue duiker and bushbuck are the hardest but we do have quite a few of them , so yes a good chance but we dont guarantee anything. this offer is basically without us charging anything for day rate, transfers etc, with the total being just the trophy fees. i am sure if you ask bruce in a pm @gillettehunter whether he thinks its possible he will give you his opinion, as if i said ask @bluey there could be considered a conflict of interest....;)

@spike.t I was doing math in my head and thought wow it is almost like they are not charging any day rates.

I know @gillettehunter had a great time and really took some great animals.

Hopefully someone can do this hunt.

Sounds like a fantastic deal, but I'm also already booked for 2018

yup as i said, so you are correct with your maths ;)

Realistically, You could very easily take all of them. The Blue Duiker is the toughest one. On the day I got mine we had made 3 stalks trying to get a shot. They are quite territorial so Patsy knows where to look for them. Our tracker would see them from the truck and we'd make a stalk or stop and hunt an area where they knew some were. The one I got was the result of walking up a road looking for one in prime country. The leaves are less crunchy on the roads so we could be quieter...... We still went about 100 yds into the bush for a shot.
I guess that a Bushbuck could be tough. Quite a few around so I'd expect to be able find one relatively easily. Low hunting pressure, so they are not as spooky as what they could be. Some nice ones in there area... Feel free to ask me any questions you want. Bruce

what kind of bushbuck are they.John

Mike there's no size restrictions on sable size?
My wife says I act like a child, does that part of me qualify for the puku?

hi no restrictions on sable size with this offer. as for the acting like a child part i thought that was standard procedure for us blokes.......;), so if you come you will have to decide if you want the bushbuck or puku.......or then again just think like that inner child and say scr-w it i will just take the other one anyway as well........:D

Oh you know it!!

Glad to see mention of how hard Blue Duiker can be to hunt.

Idk Royal, I seem to remember bluey seeing a jillion bmfd. I think you just emit a hormone that scares them off.

Nugget here. A guide gave me the nickname as I looked similar to Nugent at the time. Hunting for over 50 years yet I am new to hunting in another country and its inherent game species. I plan to do archery. I have not yet ruled out the long iron as a tag-along for a stalk. I am still deciding on a short list of game. Not a marksman but better than average with powder and string.
