I’ve been surprised by how good the turn out has been so far. I thought early Friday would be dead and that things would pick up dramatically tomorrow (assuming the weather holds out)… but there have been a steady flow of people since the moment the doors opened…. I think HSC is going to have a very good show this year..

See you all tomorrow weather permitting

Good morning AH Brethren, the weather is good in Houston and the roadway is clear so come on down and see us in booth 435

Forecast for freezing temperatures not until 5AM Sunday morning.

Great traffic here at the show.

Weather is actually excellent today…

A little cool, and only a tiny bit of rain this morning…

The freezing stuff isn’t coming in until the early AM tomorrow…

There’s been a very strong crowd all morning, and we’ve had several AH’ers swing by today already…

I wouldn’t let the weather keep me away if I were local… you’ll miss a very good show…

Spent the afternoon at the show. Got a chance to visit with @mdwest and @Mark Biggerstaff along with the folks from Bos en Dal. Looked like pretty good traffic for a cold, rainy day in Houston. Visited with the guys from Infinito on a bird hunting safari and some fishing outfitters. No commitments yet , as Nashville is next month. Also, the missus has hightailed it to Florida until this cold snap passes. She likes to give her .02$ worth. A day well spent

@Flipper Dude was good seeing you. I drove up just for a couple hours. Did not walk the show at all. Stopped in to see @Bos en Dal SAFARIS and @mdwest for a little while. Went by and sat talked with Brandon @TSALA HUNTING SAFARIS and finalized a few details for June Mozambique Hunt. Ran into @Houston Bill and his wife and several other AH members. I left after a few hours to beat the next rain storm and make it back home before dark. Looked like a decent crowd. Hate to say this but my first time there and probably last. HSC could do a better job of signage for people not familiar with the area. Parking and signage where to go. Also it is so spread out upper and lower floors, was not a fan of way laid out.

I was there. Pretty damn good turnout actually. I live like 10 minutes away so I was there Friday and Saturday.
I booked a NZ hunt with Wanganui Safaris for 2027.
Damn close to putting down a deposit for ZDS hunt in Moz. Probably will just follow up with them in a few weeks.
Its always nice to be around like minded people with the general same world outlook.
Also, I notice plenty of "young" people meaning in their 20's or so I guess. That is encouraging to keep the ball rolling. Cheers

I’m very glad to hear that the convention is going well!

Nice to hear there were decent crowds and the weather wasn't a large factor. This wouldn't have been a good weekend in DFW with the icing.
