For Sale CZ 550 American 375 HH

I know I will regret selling this, but medical bills are adding up and something has to go and I don’t foresee any safaris anytime soon.

CZ 550 American 375 H&H with Leupold VX5 HD 2-10x42 FireDot Duplex. Gun has AHR upgrades done by Wayne in 2020
Standard length of pull and barrel length.
AHR upgrades, action smoothed, feeds perfectly, bolt handle straightened and filled, AHR 3 position safety, AHR trigger, glass bedded, AHR installed recoil reducer. Talley QD rings. Gun shoots Federal 300gr Swift Aframes under 1/2 inch. I purchased this gun brand new. Gun is not a safe queen. I used this on safari in 2021. Took a lot of plains game with it. Metal is in excellent condition, stock has minor scratches and handle marks from 21 days safari. Gun will ship to your FFL in lower 48 in Pelican hard case for maximum protection. I have fired approx 150 rounds out of it without any issues.

I wanted to give an update on this sale.
I had a very smooth transaction with AH buyer. Excellent communication thru it all.
As I was giving rifle one last inspection and packing it for shipment to his FFL I found a hairline crack starting at rear tang. I was heartbroken at that point. I contacted buyer and upon agreement I refunded his money. I am contacting Wayne at AHR for advice. Once rifle is restocked. Original buyer will have first choice if it goes back up for sale.
I feel this is the right thing to do.

B&C' stocks are drop your barreled action into it, torque the screws (I use allen heads) and shoot groups! If you desire to know their weight, B&C listed it in their add that I posted for all.

I have a B&C on a CZ550 9.3x62 (3006 length action). Works very well. On this stock there was no provision for the front (2nd) recoil lug. I tapped it out the lug with no issues and everything bolted right up. I also bedded the rear inch or two of the barrel and skim bedded the action, but that was more me being anal.

I havent used a B&C on a CZ550 before.. but Ive had them on a variety of rifles at different times.. a Rem 700, a WIn70, etc.. currently I have one on a Rem 660..

Great stock for the money.. Im considering picking one up now for a 416 project Ive been playing with (all weather gun)..

Update.
Gun is headed to Wayne at AHR for evaluation and check over. Wayne agreed to check it over and see what is going on since it was one of his makeovers. Wayne is a great person to talk to and work with.

Mark ... you did a very good thing bringing attention to the buyer on the issue before shipping. Some would not be as ethical.
