Federal/Winchester 300 H&H Ammo

I have eleven boxes of 300 H&H ammo looking to sell or trade. Asking $100 per box. 6 boxes of 180 grain Nosler Partition and 5 boxes of 180 grain Fail Safes. A couple of the Fail Safes have a little corrosion on them. Nothing I wouldn't still shoot. All the rest are perfectly fine.

Who makes the cases if not Federal and Winchester? Trying too determine case life?
