The artist edited the pic to look like a shark. The original island kinda/sorta looks shark like. Can’t remember where it is, a saw it on a different site. I’m thinking over in the Asia area.

Naknek AK this year

Side note. One extremely calm early morning this year I noticed small swells moving across Naknek but no boats nor other obvious source. I checked seismic activity in that part of AK and sure enough those swells coincided with a small earthquake on the Peninsula.

We had a brief bit of good weather back in December, so i decided to go for a ride. Only to find the road had been closed due to flooding. I snapped this picture real quick... And it turned out great! A fine example of NW USA: dense forrest, damp conditions, misty fog, backed by blue skies.
