@WyoBull thank you very much for the offer. I am hunting with SNS Outfitters and with the same guide I had in 2018. They take pretty good care of their clients. I believe the meat processor was called Pat's Meat and they did a great job and had everything ready to go the day I flew home.
The whole deal for non-resident tags in Wyoming is in a state of flux and probably not for the better of non-residents. Historically, I think 20% of the available tags were allocated to non-residents. Wyoming is considering changing this to 10%. That's the bad news. Potential good news is there might be an increase to landowner tags.
For moose, sheep, and goat the legislature already passed the 90/10 split. It will go into effect next year along with a once-in-a-lifetime limitation on bull, ram, and billy tags. What unit? I've hunted Colorado a few times OTC. I've also hunted Idaho several times. Depending on the unit someone might be willing to throw a few tips your way.

You're going to want to get set-up ASAP. You're either going to want to try and hunt them over a water hole for close shots since sport and stalk will likely yield some extremely long shots
I've been going back and forth on whether or not I even want to start the archery hunting hobby. It's a whole additional skill set. I will typically pass on a high-risk shot, so I'd have to get pretty close before I feel comfortable launching arrows downrange.
