I don't know the answer to your question @jeff, and I know it's not what your post is about. But I think I'd be very cautious hiring a taxi versus having a dedicated driver from one of the B&B's in Jo take you where you want to go.

No they don’t.
Use Uber, I do when I travel every couple of months.
Just make sure that your phone can send and receive texts once there so that the Uber driver can arrange where to meet you outside the terminal building.
