I used D&L Customs House Brokers in Chicago last year, and I am using them again this year. I worked with Laura, and she kept me informed about the status of my trophies and the shipping at all stages of the operation. She helped me with info from the taxidermist and shipping agents in South Africa, and I am very satisfied with their work. I had the taxidermy work done in South Africa, and she did a fine job of keeping me informed. I definitely give them a thumbs up!

I have received the same recommendation from my D&P agent and two taxidermists here in Central Illinois. I am still filling out my paperwork, so I cannot comment on my personal experience with them.
