This huge crocodile was caught in a snare in South Africa’s Levuvhu River. Nature Conservation officials handed it over to my taxidermy friend. Together with four Venda ladies we skinned it. Quite a messy operation! I opened the stomache, the Venda faces went grey, but there were no human remains inside, just different hooves and plastic strings.
