Just because your are fit and healthy don't mean you live longer. A lot of fit people just drop dead for no apparent reason.
Us worn out hard living, unhealthy types just seem to keep going for no apparent reason even when past their use by date

LMAO.......AH, The memories...or for those that I am able to still remember.
There are 3 guarantees in life:
1. Being born.
2. Paying taxes, even after you die.
3. Dieing.
Being a full contact marital arts competitor/professional is not the "healthiest of sports". At age 86,.... Chuck Norris is an inspiration, to us older 1970's thru 1990's generations, for those of us past 60, to stay active, exercise, and to eat "healthy".
I'm betting those that haven't reached that "milestone in life", age 50, are anticipating they will live past 100 years of age or longer. They have no clue they could die while exhaling their next breathe.
Us "old farts", uh...."...past by their use by date...",...."We" keep going because "We" know!;
What hard work means:
We learned what it means to be "stubborn fools". Working 8, 10, 12, 16, hour days, whether 1 job, or 3, just to pay monthly bills, keep food on the table, put a little money in a savings account in the bank in case of an emergency. Even as death takes us we still fight to stay alive, because that's how we "...worn out hard living..." types grew up.
Unhealthy......by whose standards?.....
We grew up:
Working hard: an honest days pay for an honest day's work,
We ate healthy....by eating real foods..., none of this pasteurized, processed, food substitute, bad cholesterol/good cholesterol, scientific based hormonal/GMO/ plastic/ petroleum based synthetic food crap that the human body can't, or will never be able to, properly digest, thus causing obesity, diabetes, and other bad health problems,....most likely encouraged by "big pharma".
