Previous posts have detailed that camouflage clothing is illegal in some African countries. My question relates to equipment, specifically the situation in regard to your firearm.
While it may horrify the purists, my hunting rifles are camouflage painted. I've found it prevents barrel shine alerting game and also adds a layer of extra weather protection. Now I'm referring to standard bolt action hunting rifles and not some sort of pseudo military weapon.
Does anyone know if it would present problems in any African hunting destinations?
