BOTSWANA: NKWE SAFARIS Botswana

I had a nice trip to @NKWE SAFARIS in June. The hunting was great as well as everything else. I had a great time and thought I would post some pictures. They were all big, old and mature. The gemsbuck only had gums left. When I arrived I said I was not going to shoot a waterbuck as I shot a 32.5 inch last year. When we saw this one I was going to pass and were driving by until I was begged to harvest it. Well, it turned out to be 35 inches high and 27 inches wide. Going back next year.

Nice trophies, that waterbuck is spectacular, good choice in taking it! I really enjoyed hunting with Jaco's team at NKWE last year, hope to make it back someday.

Damn that waterbuck! Jaco doing it again. I hunted there end of april. I had a great hunt. Passed on a 30" waterbuck as I had a 32" I got with Jaco in 2023 but I did manage 3 kudu all 57" or just above.
Hope to go back in 2027.
