Problem is we have to many people happy with their comfortable lifestyles that don't want to rock the boat for fear of losing some of their comfort.
I have been known to say and do stuff to get myself in the shit in my life but at time it has caused change, be it reluctant.
My philosophy is if I have to rock the boat to try and make things better so be it. If that don't work fuck I'll sink the boat if that helps. It has got me sacked from a few jobs but it has also bought change. I was a union rep at one stage in the transport industry and have been known to lock the gates of a company. Got the sack as a driver but we ended up with better conditions.

Bob - As a good Queenslander I have been drinking Bundaberg Rum since I was about 11. In cattle mustering camps in cold weather . We had it mixed with milk for breakfast . Love it to this day . Bundy , gin and good red wine are what I go for .

I guess some Americans don’t understand that Australia, Canada and Europe don’t have a Bill of Rights (including the Second Amendment), a Senate legislative body that requires a 60/40 vote to pass most things with small states on equal footing with larger states and the Electoral College that also prevents simple majority rule in the election of the President.

It’s really easy to sit back and criticize hunters and gun owners in other countries and encourage them to go to jail when as Americans, we don’t face that risk nearly as much. Gun owners everywhere are in the minority. Other than the population undergoing a huge shift in beliefs, probably the only thing our counterparts and brothers in other countries can do is to move to the USA. Unfortunately, that is also a tall order because of family and economic factors. If anyone can get here legally, I would support that as long as you don’t vote liberal. We also need more conservatives and gun enthusiasts here.

To me in days of yore when we were mainly an ango European country things were in an even keel.
Now I'm NOT A RACIST BY ANY MEANS but it seems like Australia and a lot of other countries since allowing mass multi- cultural immigration the balance has changed where we are now in a society that believes in political correctness, wokism, equality and don't upset the minority.
Yes we need immigration to survive but at least do it properly by limited numbers and propper vetting to keep the undesirable element out.

The Bill is some 144 pages of detailed legislative amendments. Clearly this wasn't put together in response to the Bondi shooting. This has been put together by zealots within Government just waiting for the oportunity. The legislative head of power relied on is the telecommunictaions power which allows the Federal Government to make laws in relation to telecomunictions.

Schedule 4 Part 7 of the Bill is off particular impact in that it creates offences for on-line publishing, accessing, using or storing of relaoding data or information about ammunition components. Likewise it also criminalising on-line information about manufacture or modification of firearms. (That would even include maintanence intructions, how to fix stuff, competition tuning etc.) Looking at 5 years jail.

It will be an open question what impact the Bill would have on overseas companies that publish their load data on the internet in a manner accessible in Australia.

Seems you need: A. a shovel and water tight container to bury some of your kit, and B. a black market connection to get more of what you need, preferably in stock pile amounts. That what my WIFE says we'll do.
