Attendance at the SCI convention this year?

I'm curious how attendance was looking at SCI this year. I saw a few pictures of the show floor and it looked light, but they may have been taken early or late. Is the city/state causing trouble with strict covid protocols?

No one’s busting anyone’s ass about masks. Not in the convention space or anywhere in Mandalay Bay.

Attendance so far is light, but just Wednesday and Thursday so far. The show’s attendance should be judged by Fri/Sat numbers.

We ended up eating our registration because I came down with Covid a couple days ago, so attendance is down by at least 2.

I am glad the City/State isn't giving anyone a hard time about masks, too. I heard a horror story about the consumer electronics show a few weeks ago - I think there was daily testing required etc. and was curious if it was state or show driven. I hope SCI does well.
