Hello,
I got a new Tikka Ace Game 300 Win Mag bolt action rifle with the metal chassis stock (bronze/brown colored metal) last year, and I've decided I really prefer more traditional wood stocked rifles, either regular wood or laminate wood.
I've decided that I just don't really like the look and feel of the modern tactical metal chassis.
The rifle came threaded and I put on an aftermarket Ruger branded hybrid muzzle brake on it, which does reduce how hard the rifle kicks, but in exchange for making it seem much louder when you shoot it, since, as most readers probably already know, that is how muzzle brakes work.
I can take off before the trade if you don't like muzzle brakes, or I can just leave on since I have no other use for this brake. I did not keep the thread protector the rifle came with.
I'm interested in finding out if anyone would be interested in trading a more traditional rifle for the Tikka Ace Game.
I'd be willing to consider any common-ish caliber/cartridge in between .270 and .375
I'd especially be interested in a Ruger African, Ruger Hawkeye, Ruger No. 1, Winchester Model 70, or Ruger Guide Gun, though I already have the Ruger Guide gun in .375 Ruger and don't really want a second in the same chambering, but would not mind another Ruger Guide Gun but in a different chambering.
I can take and post pics if there is interest, let me know if you want pics, the rifle has just shot maybe around two boxes of ammo total at the range, never hunted with it, I did not keep the original packaging though.
Note: It is superbly accurate, but it is also a lightweight 300 win mag so not what most people would find fun to shoot.
